This belief inspired my father, Mr U. Singh, to establish Siddharth International School—with the dream of bringing meaningful, quality education to the heart of the hinterland.
The school takes its name from my brother, Siddharth, who was named after young Gautama Buddha, a symbol of enlightenment and inner awakening. The name reflects the deeper purpose of our institution—education as a journey from ignorance to understanding.
Our motto, “From Darkness to Light,” is the soul of Siddharth International School. It reminds us that education must do more than inform; it must illuminate, nurture, and transform young lives into thoughtful, responsible global citizens grounded in strong values.
As Director, I consider it a privilege to carry forward this vision. I believe deeply that every child carries within a spark of light—and at SIS, we endeavour to help each child discover that light and learn to shine in their own way.
